Welcome to whole body movement & Breath.
Everybody is entirely unique, as is one’s movement, breathing and walking patterns.
I invite an enquiry into your own patterns and habits allowing you to move out of mental and physical discomfort to become efficient in any movements you do; the breath becomes easy and the mind finds peace.
I provide bespoke private or group lessons to allow the space and time for this deep awareness and alignment.
I will encourage you to bind physical movements with rhythmic breathing to calm your nervous system with a joyful curiosity, to inspire you to bring natural movement into your daily life.
I teach mindfulness, breath and deep relaxation in many offices, schools and homes; teaching 3 year olds to 90 year olds, from private classes to classes of 200 and I have run many yoga holidays in Morocco, Turkey and Gambia.
I am also a practitioner of Gary Ward’s AIM foot and flow model, Oxygen Advantage Advanced Practitioner, Conscious Breathing teacher & Somatic movement coach.
